Composition: water dispersion of acrylic copolymers, mineral fillers, functional additives. Paste-like consistency, white in color.
Application: the adhesive is intended for mounting architectural decorative elements made of polyurethane foam on ceilings and walls made of porous materials.
Surface types: most common building materials (brick, concrete, gypsum, stone, processed wood, etc.).
Surface requirements: clean, dry, degreased, dust-free surfaces. Humidity should not exceed 8%. Unsound and loose surfaces should be pre-treated with a deep-penetrating primer.
Method of application: clean the surfaces to be glued from dust using a brush or cloth. If necessary, degrease. Using a gun, apply a line of adhesive to the detail, place it onto the supporting surface, press firmly and fix for 4–5 seconds. To prevent slipping, the installed product should be secured with finishing nails, which can be removed after the adhesive has set. Full curing occurs after 24 hours.
Working conditions: the temperature during work and the following 24 hours should not be lower than +8°C, relative humidity should be at least 40%.
Tool cleaning: with water immediately after work is completed.
Shelf life: 18 months from the date of manufacture in sealed packaging in a dry place, at a temperature of +5°C to +25°C. Freezing the adhesive at a temperature not lower than -30°C is allowed, followed by thawing in a warm room without intense heating using a hairdryer, heaters, etc. (no more than 5 cycles).
Precautions: keep out of reach of children. Use eye and hand protection while working. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and, if necessary, consult a doctor.
